Insurance FAQ

We will collect insurance information from you so that we can contact your insurance company and investigate the benefits your particular insurance plan may have for speech and occupational therapy services. Austin’s Communication Station will file all insurance claims for all possible insurance plans (in or out of network)

Austin’s Communication Station accepts insurance from many major insurance companies including the following:

• Seton Ascension BCBS (tier one provider)

Call us! Don’t assume that you cannot receive treatment at our clinic. Your benefits with an out-of-network provider may also provide coverage for speech and occupational therapy. Our staff will be happy to speak with you about your coverage. We also bill out-of-network for almost all companies.

Our office accepts checks, cash, all major credit cards, health savings account cards (HSA), and a variety of grants.
