Background
Samantha was born and raised in Syracuse, New York, and moved to Austin in January 2024. She received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in occupational therapy from Ithaca College in upstate NY, where she was on the diving team. Since moving to Austin, she has enjoyed getting out in the sunshine and walking around the lake. In her free time, she loves to be with friends and family and explore Austin.
Samantha has always had a passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential. She believes that every child deserves the opportunity to participate fully in life’s activities. By addressing developmental delays, sensory processing differences, or physical limitations, she aims to empower children to achieve independence and lead fulfilling lives. She has been working as an OT since April 2024. While new to the field, she brings a fresh perspective and passion for helping children and their families reach their personal goals. With a strong foundation of occupational therapy principles, Samantha is eager to make a positive impact.
Samantha finds immense fulfillment in working at Austin’s Communication Station. The clinic’s dedication to helping children reach their full potential aligns perfectly with her own passion for making a positive impact on young lives. The supportive and collaborative work environment, combined with the opportunity to work with a team of talented professionals, makes Samantha proud to be a part of the Austin’s Communication Station team.
